This Agreement governs your use of the padu88 platform at padu88.win. By registering an account or using any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and hold a padu88 account. padu88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and to close accounts found to be held by minors.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on padu88. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts linked to the same person, household, or device may be suspended and balances forfeited.
All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements stated at the time of offer. Bonus funds and any associated winnings cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met. Attempting to abuse bonuses will result in forfeiture.
All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on padu88 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). padu88 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting software, exploitation of system errors, and money laundering are strictly prohibited. padu88 cooperates with regulatory authorities and may report suspicious activity without prior notice.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
Access to and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. padu88 reserves the right to require age verification documents at any time. Any Account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds held in the Account may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. padu88 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction. If you are unsure whether online gaming is permitted where you are located, you should seek independent legal advice before registering.
Each User may hold only one registered Account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian contact number. padu88 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. padu88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact padu88 support immediately.
padu88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:
Upon Account closure by padu88 for cause, any Bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money Funds will be returned to the User following completion of any pending investigations, subject to padu88's right to withhold funds under applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
All deposits must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) using payment methods approved and listed on the Platform, which include but are not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX bank transfers, and accounts with Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Minimum deposit amounts are stated on the deposit page. padu88 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.
Withdrawals are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit or, at padu88's discretion, to a verified payment method associated with the Account. Withdrawals will only be processed after completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within the timeframes displayed on the Platform. padu88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your payment provider in respect of a legitimate deposit is a breach of this Agreement. padu88 reserves the right to suspend your Account and offset any chargebacks against your Account balance. Fraudulent chargebacks may be referred to relevant authorities.
All bonuses offered by padu88 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of the offer. General bonus terms include:
Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: systematically exploiting low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, opening multiple accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses, and placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a risk-free outcome.
All games on the Platform are governed by the rules published within each game interface or accessible via the Help section of the relevant product. In the event of a discrepancy between game rules displayed in the user interface and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules take precedence for gameplay matters.
padu88 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, game malfunction, or software fault has occurred. Bets placed during a technical fault do not create an obligation on padu88 to honour the outcome. Stakes will be refunded to the User's Account in such circumstances.
Sportsbook bets are subject to the terms and rules published within the Sportsbook section. padu88 reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts for any User or on any market at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the padu88 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content, is the intellectual property of padu88 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without prior written consent from padu88 is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, padu88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
padu88's total liability to any User in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
padu88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. padu88 will use reasonable efforts to notify Users of planned downtime in advance.

Players who request self-exclusion acknowledge that padu88 will take all reasonable steps to prevent access during the exclusion period. padu88's collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. padu88 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
padu88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or an on-screen notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should close your Account and withdraw any remaining Funds before the amendment takes effect.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which padu88's operating licence is held. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through padu88's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution specified in padu88's licence conditions. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
padu88's internal complaints process is initiated by contacting customer support. padu88 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
